Commissions

Policies for Commissioned Work:

1. A non-refundable 25% deposit is required up front. 

2. Commission must be paid in full, plus shipping costs, before item will be shipped. 

3. Buyer may request alterations during the commission process, but any/all alterations subject to price adjustment at artist discretion.

4. If buyer does not complete payment for the commission upon completion, buyer has 14 days from completion date to finish paying or forfeit both the commission and all completed payments. This may be extended at artist's discretion (I.E. in event of emergency).

5. Turnaround time at artist discretion, dependent on demand, volume, and available hours. ​

6. Commission is non-refundable once final payment is completed.
